Fitness Goals for Spring
Spring is finally here and it’s a great time to make some new fitness goals. I am sure you’ve heard of spring cleaning? Cleaning our homes, drawers, and closets feels so good in spring. But it’s also good to clean out any outdated goals or habits!
Let Go of Old Goals
Take a look at some of the goals you have previously set for yourself. Maybe there are some goals you’ve been carrying for a long time.
What would it feel like to let some of those fitness goals go?
Make space for new desires to drive you! It’s time to release some old fitness goals that don’t align with what you truly want.
Let Go of Old Habits
Winter often brings comfort foods and more time spent indoors, cozy by the fire. If you’ve been feeling sluggish or unmotivated, it’s time to let go of a few of your winter habits!
Where could you replace some old habits with new ones?
Spring allows us to comfortably spend more time outside. It reintroduces us to a rainbow of fresh fruits and vegetables and the change to daylight savings time gives us more time in the sun. A few small changes to your habits can make a big difference.
Embrace New Fitness Goals
You could try a month-long nutrition based challenge, commitment to the 630am CrossFit class 4 days a week, or pull out your long forgotten roller skates! Use the vibrant energies of spring to fuel a new beginning.
Once you’ve decided on a fresh intention or goal, share it!
If you come to the gym, write it on our Goal Board or share it in our virtual community. Message a coach or friend for support or, better yet, they could join you.
Let’s let go of the winter drearies and make some new fitness goals for spring.
