His most recent upgrade as a Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition has afforded him the opportunity to rekindle his love of nutrition and begin to apply the principles of a healthy, balanced lifestyle to his current Nutritional Consulting practice.

Your 30-day transformation starts with a 90-minute planning session that includes:

  • In-depth intake – We’ll complete an in-depth intake including measurements and health markers
  • Goal Setting – We’ll help you develop a set of realistic and measurable goals
  • Journal Review – We’ll perform a personalized review of your 1-week food journal
  • Personal Nutrition Program – Create an individualized nutrition program based on your specific needs and goals
  • Tips & Advice – Receive tips & advice on the practical execution of your personalized program
  • Follow-Ups – You can book 15 or 30 minute check-in appointments at the two week mark and again at the end of your 30 days to keep you on-track and accountable.
