CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS
Our group classes run multiple times a day, five days a week with classes also available on Saturdays. Every class is led by a CrossFit Trainer and focuses on improving your general physical fitness through creative and varied programming. No more wondering what you’ll do at the gym today or only doing the movements you’re familiar with or good at. While working alongside others, you will be exposed to a wide range of functional movements through high intensity workouts. Get ready to laugh, have fun, work hard and surprise yourself!

FOUNDATIONS
Entry to our group class begins with our Foundations Program. This is a 5-session personal training program that is mandatory before joining group class. In these 1-hour sessions, you will not only be introduced to the movements of CrossFit, but also the community of CFQB and the culture of fitness around this sport. Through these 5 sessions, you will get to know some of our Training Staff, gain confidence in the gym and the movements we train in, learn how to adapt and modify for any specific limitations you may have and on-ramp your overall fitness to prepare you for becoming a regular member of our group classes. PERSONAL TRAINING
With a wide range of excellent Trainers specializing in areas such as sport-specific training, adaptive athletics, rehabilitation exercise, seniors and youth fitness, opportunities to access the CrossFit methodology outside of a group environment are endless. Perhaps you have very specific goals you’re working towards or maybe you just don’t like a crowd. No matter the reason, we would love to meet and discuss how a personal training relationship would help you in your fitness journey.

- Your personal fitness goals, strengths, weaknesses, past or present injuries or medical conditions.
- How CrossFit will benefit and increase your physical fitness, conditioning and overall wellness across multiple domains.
- The most appropriate path for your exposure to an entry into our community – either personalized training or our Foundations program.
- The rates of our various training programs and what value you can expect from each program.
