FOUNDATIONS

Entry to our group class begins with our Foundations Program. This 4x 1hr session Personal Training program will introduce you to the movements of CrossFit, the community and the culture at CFQB, and ensure you feel confident and prepared to join a group class. In Foundations, you will:

* Get to know a few of our Training Staff
* Discuss and assess any physical limitations you may have
* Learn how to adapt and modify many of the common movements seen in a CrossFit class

Upon completion of 3x 1hr Personal Training sessions, you will receive a CFQB t-shirt or tank top and can begin attending classes! After about a month of classes, you will return for one more Personal Training session to focus on areas of your choice needing extra support.

Foundations is mandatory for all athletes without prior CrossFit experience and the price for the program is $350 +GST. To learn more about Foundations, schedule a FREE 30-minute consultation by filling in the form below.

The first step towards becoming a member of CFQB is to set up a FREE one-on-one consultation with a CrossFit Trainer where we’ll discuss:

  • Your personal fitness goals, strengths, weaknesses, past or present injuries or medical conditions.
  • How CrossFit will benefit and increase your physical fitness, conditioning and overall wellness across multiple domains.
  • The most appropriate path for your exposure to an entry into our community – either personalized training or our Foundations program.
  • The rates of our various training programs and what value you can expect from each program.
