Getting started is simple. Book a free 30-minute Consultation where you’ll be introduced to our programs and services. We will determine the best path to reach your goals, and guide you through a basic movement assessment. Plus you’ll get to see the space and meet our Trainers!
CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS
We proudly offer classes for kids and teens from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The two kids classes focus on the quality of movement and emphasizing the FUN in functional fitness. Our teens class is geared toward increasing overall strength and conditioning, while focusing on proper movement mechanics. We also offer High School PE credit in partnership with the local CEAP program.
