What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is many things. It is primarily a fitness methodology developed by Greg Glassman, focussing on constantly varied programming using functional-based movements, performed at relatively high intensity.

CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In
fact, the communal aspect of CF is a key component of why it’s so effective.

Class components include: bodyweight, resistance, weight training, gymnastics, cardio and more!

What is CrossFit Vintage?

Our Vintage class is an opportunity to invite a community of healthy, dedicated, positive and friendly individuals to fill a class of their own.

This class has been designed for beginner to intermediate athletes of an older generation to
support their desire to bring energy, vitality and fun into their lives through fitness.

With a low coach-to-athlete ratio, members receive individual attention every class. The focus of these classes will always be safety and the long-term health and functionality of all our members.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00am & 10:45am

Ring Rows – pulling strength

Workout of the Day (WOD):
5min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

10 Air Squats
10 Ring Rows

Quad & Hamstring Stretch
