CrossFit Classes

Our group classes run multiple times a day, five days a week with classes also available on Saturdays. Every class is led by a CrossFit Trainer and focuses on improving your general physical fitness through creative and varied programming.

ADULT PROGRAMMING

No more wondering what you’ll do at the gym today or only doing the movements you’re familiar with or good at. Get ready to laugh, have fun, work hard and surprise yourself!

CROSSFIT VINTAGE

Looking to stay fit, healthy and strong? Vintage is for the legends in our community, typically athletes 60+. This group fitness class implements the CrossFit methodology, but modifies workouts to suit different goals.

CROSSFIT LITE

Lite is suitable for beginners and those looking for a good sweat! If you have enjoyed a “bootcamp” environment in the past, you might love our Lite group fitness class.
